Tuition

Tuition is paid on a monthly basis and paid in advance.**

If the lesson is being booked over the phone the first lesson must be paid for in advance.

Tuition is $40.00 per half-hour. So a month with 4 weeks will be $160.00

There is a one time registration fee of
$15.00 per individual and a $25.00 registration fee per family.

**During this tough economic time we will work with families who can not pay for a whole month in advance. This payment plan is subject to the instructor and store approval. A form will be filled out at the store and with-in 24 hours we will get back to you about an alternative plan.**

Lesson Policies

Cancellations must be received 24 hours before the lesson in order to receive a make-up lesson.

If the student becomes ill the day of the lesson the cancellation will be subject to instructor approval and store approval before any credit or make-up is issued.

Please keep in mind that if you cancel a lesson with out proper notice you will still be responsible for paying for that lesson.

Any tuition account that is behind in payments by the second lesson of the month will be subject to having a hold placed on the account and your time slot will be forfeited. There will also be a $10.00 fee charged to the account. ** We will always try to reach you before that happens.**

If a teacher cancels or if the store is closed for a weather emergencies or a holiday, you will not be required to pay for that lesson.

**Please keep in mind that any missed lessons will hinder the learning process. Like at any major university you do not receive tuition back for missed classes. Our teachers take their jobs as educators very seriously and they expect the same from their students.**
